About Me

Design is how I think, not just what I do.

Hi, I'm Amy — a UX Lead with 9 years of experience designing human-centered digital products across healthcare and enterprise environments.

I specialize in translating complex systems into intuitive digital experiences through research, interaction design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. My work spans user-facing applications, conversational interfaces, and internal platforms. Previously, I've worked with organizations including Johnson & Johnson and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children fight cancer, where I helped design digital experiences that support healthcare research and patient engagement. I'm especially drawn to companies that value meaningful impact and use technology to improve people's lives.

Outside of design, I'm usually hiking with my dog Honey, throwing pottery on the wheel, or chasing live music around the city.

Design Philosophy

"Design is how you earn a user's trust — not once, but in every micro-decision along the way. The most impactful UX is invisible: users never think about it because it just works."
